The Job:
We are seeking an exceptional Management Couple to take the helm of this prestigious property. Together, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. With a focus on hands-on leadership, you will manage all aspects of the guest house while fostering a welcoming, supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Unforgettable Guest Experiences: Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming stay through meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee Operations: Lead front and back-of-house operations, including reception, housekeeping, kitchen and reservations management.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Build and mentor a high-performing small team, fostering a collaborative, motivated workplace.
- Maintain Impeccable Standards: Conduct regular checks on cleanliness, maintenance and overall presentation of the property.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, process payments and liaise with off-site accountants for financial reporting.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop creative strategies to attract guests, including social media promotion and event opportunities.
Requirements:
We are looking for a proven Hospitality Expert with experience managing a boutique or 5-star property with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. You should be a versatile individual comfortable stepping into all areas of the business, including kitchen operations if required. Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively are essential. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences is also crucial.
