Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Key People Activities: Effectively manage our computerised systems to organise and maintain all people activities, including recruitment, new starter's information, and employee personal details.
  • Provide Guidance on People Policies: Provide managers and colleagues with advice on people policies and procedures.
  • Lead Recruitment Campaigns: Lead all recruitment campaigns with administrative support from the People Assistant.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
  • Support Engagement and Well-being Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of engagement and well-being initiatives to improve colleague satisfaction and foster a supportive working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in the human resources field, including experience managing computerised systems, leading recruitment campaigns, and providing advice on people policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge/Qualifications: Strong understanding of employment law, legislation, and General Data Protection Regulations, as well as knowledge of recruitment and selection practices.
  • Skills/Abilities: Strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with a wide range of people.
