About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned CRM Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts, leveraging their expertise in marketing automation, data analysis, and customer journey optimization. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing cross-channel engagement strategies that drive customer adoption, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CRM Lead to design and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices that enhance our CRM system's global reach.
  • Develop and execute compelling cross-channel engagement strategies, including email, push notifications, and in-product messaging, to increase customer usage, adoption, and monetization.
  • Steer the customer journey, utilizing segmentation, loyalty propositions, and retention strategies to boost engagement and growth.
  • Design and implement data-driven, actionable, and scalable CRM content that activates customers, drives repeat behavior, and grows loyalty.
  • Define user segmentation, size opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement flows and campaigns that drive incremental growth and meet our KPIs.
  • Lead the development, planning, and delivery of new CRM enhancements and surrounding tech stack improvements.
  • Challenge current ways of working to improve performance and increase efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to data compliance, security, and GDPR best practices for data governance, storage, processing, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date on the current and future landscape of marketing technologies and best practices to ensure ClearScore remains at the forefront of marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in engagement marketing functions in B2C digital businesses.
  • Experience leading cross-functional retention and engagement projects independently.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights for improving engagement and retention KPIs.
  • Organized and critical thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong creative mind with a passion for making marketing communications relevant to customers.
