About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Property Valuer to join our team at Spicerhaart, the UK's largest independent property services group. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for valuing properties, developing strong relationships with vendors, and generating new and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Valuing properties and providing accurate valuations to clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Generating new and repeat business through effective marketing and sales techniques
- Completing contracts on properties and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Upselling additional products and services to clients
- Preparing brochures and marketing materials for properties
- Canvassing the local area and door knocking to promote properties
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with others
- Basic IT skills and ability to work under own initiative
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
