Job Title: Care Home GP

We are seeking an experienced and skilled General Practitioner to join our team at Brierley Hill Health And Social Care Centre. As a Care Home GP, you will be responsible for managing a caseload and providing high-quality care to patients in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform clinical examinations and assessments to diagnose and monitor patient conditions
  • Carry out patient consultations and provide health education
  • Monitor patients' conditions and wellbeing, and make professional decisions regarding their care
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development of computer-based patient records and participate in audit and evaluation activities
Requirements:
  • Qualified General Practitioner with MRCGP and full GMC registration
  • Experience working in primary care and a strong understanding of GMS/PMS contracts
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and make autonomous decisions
