Programme Control Manager

Turner & Townsend's award-winning Controls & Performance team is looking for a Programme Control Manager to join our expanding Natural Resources and New Energies team. This exciting opportunity involves working on high-profile projects/programmes, developing risk management processes, facilitating risk workshops, and conducting Quantitative Risk Assessment and analysis (QRA).
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing risk management processes aligned with best practice.
- Facilitating risk workshops with subject matter experts.
- Maintaining risk registers and other risk information.
- Challenging risk information for quality enhancement.
- Implementing mitigation actions against associated risks across projects and programmes.
- Conducting Quantitative Risk Assessment and analysis (QRA) for cost and schedule impacts.
- Producing timely and efficient risk reporting using Microsoft tools and Power BI.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to adjust risk strategies and processes in response to change, and awareness of current industry risk and best practice. A UK driving license or ability to travel to client sites is essential, along with experience in managing risk in multiple projects/programmes or relevant experience.
