We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Senior Restructuring Lawyer to join our Restructuring Group at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Partners to advise clients on complex financial restructuring and insolvency matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advise lenders and borrowers on innovative finance transactions, including multi-jurisdictional venture and growth debt transactions in the tech and life sciences sector.
- Guide stakeholders through financial difficulty, implementing cutting-edge cross-border special situations and restructuring transactions.
- Work closely with our Partners to develop and implement restructuring strategies for clients.
- 2-4 years post-qualification experience in banking and finance or restructuring team of a top-tier law firm.
- Experience in advising on debt transactions, out-of-court restructuring and work-out transactions, and other restructuring tools and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic investment advice to financial institutions.
