Restructuring Senior Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Restructuring Senior Associate to join our London office, with a focus on transactional, restructuring, and advisory work. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of PQE experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a strong academic background and excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

This is a wide-ranging role that will involve developing ongoing relationships with our existing client base, pitching for new opportunities, and working closely with our international team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in high-profile national and international work, including business restructurings, restructuring and insolvency issues, and advising boards of directors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Pitch for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline
  • Work closely with our international team to deliver high-profile national and international work
  • Advise boards of directors and stakeholders on restructuring and insolvency matters
