Key Responsibilities:
  • We seek a Town Planner who can analyze land development opportunities and provide strategic advice on planning matters.
  • The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in major development projects, including renewable energy projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with local and national policy changes to inform planning decisions.
  • Produce regular progress reports to track project milestones and deliver results.
  • Work closely with our land and technical teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Support the Planning Director in achieving departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a Town Planner in the public or private sector.
  • Ideal candidate holds a degree qualification and is working towards Chartership (MRTPI).
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Substantial experience in major development projects, with renewable energy project experience being a desirable asset.
