Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring they receive structured and strategic communications advice and support.
  • Communication Strategy Development: Work in close consultation with clients to plan and implement communication strategies on their behalf.
  • Project Management: Coordinate web design and brand development, community engagement planning, and attendance.
  • Media and Policy Engagement: Oversee and implement press and media engagement KPIs on behalf of clients, and assist clients to develop positive relationships with target stakeholders and influence decision-making and political processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Support the Account Director and Managing Director with staff recruitment and general company management.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as communications or public relations.
