Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships, demonstrating system knowledge, and generating new sales within the West Wales region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to drive business growth and revenue
  • Demonstrate system knowledge and provide technical support to customers
  • Generate new sales and expand existing accounts within the West Wales region
  • Work with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs
  • Develop and execute customer account sales plans, coordinating all proposal activity
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing and win/close new accounts
  • Participate in plant visits, audits, and trials, conducting water analysis and reporting as required
Requirements:
  • Essential to this role is the ability to build and develop relationships with customers while supporting multiple managers and teams
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent project management experience and a track record of exceeding targets
  • Background in Account Management or sales in a water/process treatment company or industrial plant
  • Technically qualified in Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical, or similar Engineering environment
  • Strong value delivery and selling strategies with a track record of winning new accounts and developing markets
  • Knowledge of specialty water and process chemicals and associated monitoring technologies
