Health, Safety and Environmental Leadership Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide directional support to our manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and promoting a 'safety first' culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with management and teams to promote best practices and drive HSE improvements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a HSE Manager position, preferably in food production or high-volume manufacturing.
• NEBOSH qualified (CMIOSH preferred).
• Proven experience in delivering HSE improvements and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence and drive change.
