Administrative Coordinator for Risk Management

This role requires an Administrative Coordinator for Risk Management to provide administrative support to the risk function. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating, managing and organising the diary, inbox and priority list of the Chief Risk Officer, as well as liaising directly with other Execs and Non-Executive Directors on behalf of the Chief Risk Officer.

Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate, manage and organise the diary, inbox and priority list of the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Liaise directly with other Execs and Non-Executive Directors on behalf of the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Make travel arrangements, manage conference attendance.
Committee Support
  • Work with the Head of CRO office to set up Risk Committee meetings, draft agendas, oversee the timely production of papers, produce meeting packs using Diligent.
  • Attend Management Risk Committee meetings and take good quality minutes.
  • Work with Company Secretary on Board Risk Committee agendas, liaising with the CRO and the Risk team.
Team Operations
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Support the Regulatory Affairs team in setting up regular and ad-hoc meetings with the Regulator.
  • Organise all the department's procurement, order processing, approval mechanisms and supplier management.
  • Organising team building events and socials.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required.

This position comes with a competitive base salary, approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus private medical insurance, 28 days' annual leave (excluding bank holidays), a generous pension scheme, insurance for Travel, Private Medical, Critical Illness, Life Assurance and Income Protection, and much more.
