We are recruiting for a QSHE Manager position at Alexander Steele Recruitment, where you will lead the establishment and implementation of robust quality, safety, and environmental practices within a prominent food manufacturing company.

About the Role:

  • This key leadership position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of comprehensive quality, safety, and environmental management systems (QSEMS) aligned with international regulations and standards.
  • You will provide strategic guidance on QSEMS strategy, focusing on sustainability, product quality, and operational excellence.
  • Your expertise will enable the organization to meet evolving customer expectations and maintain its market share.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in quality, safety, and environmental management in the food industry.
  • Possess a degree in a relevant field such as food science or engineering, preferably with a master's qualification.
  • Hold a NEBOSH diploma or similar certification in occupational health and safety.
  • Familiarity with auditing procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
