Customs Clearance Specialist

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our dedicated team.

This role is a 4 on 4 off position, with a flexible schedule during training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 2+ years of experience in export customs clearances, with a strong understanding of T-Forms and the NCTS Transit System.
  • Proficiency in relevant software products, including Chief, Destin8, NCTS, CNS, and Descartes.
  • Working knowledge of import customs clearances, with a desirable understanding of Port Health rules and pertinent licenses.
  • Excessive Movement and Control System (ERTS) knowledge is a plus.
Essential Skills:
  • Self-assured and personable manner, with excellent communication skills.
  • Extreme organisation and attention to detail, with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep expertise in customs clearance, with a customer-focused mindset and strong commitment to service.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities, with the capacity to assess, organise, and plan in a fast-paced environment.
