Practice Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Educator to join our team in the Pediatric Critical Care Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of the learning environment by providing educational input and development activities in support of registered nurses, clinical support workers, and other learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Education Team, Clinical Nurse Manager, and Senior Charge Nurses to co-ordinate and facilitate educational needs and resources available to the nursing team.
- Develop and implement educational programs to ensure patients receive high-quality care.
- Motivate staff to provide high standards of clinical education by acting as a role model.
- Administer specific commitments of the role.
Requirements:
- Experience in pediatric critical care education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
