Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and suppliers, driving sales growth and profit, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Serve customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in-store and over the phone
    • Provide quotes, follow up on customer inquiries, and develop sales leads
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and advise customers on the best products available
  • Product Management
    • Ensure product displays and shop areas are fully stocked and appealing to customers
  • Administration
    • Manage relevant paperwork and administration tasks

Requirements

  • Previous Experience
    • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the building materials industry
  • Skills and Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong product knowledge and sales skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Good time management and organizational skills
