Key Responsibilities

- Write compelling features and long-read articles that provide insight into the world of football and the EFL.
- Deliver breaking news and live updates, utilizing your analytical skills to provide context and analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in football, including news, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a journalist, with a strong portfolio of work and a deep understanding of the football industry.
- Excellent knowledge of football, including the EFL, Bristol City, and other relevant teams and leagues.
- Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative story ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with readers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong digital publishing skills, including experience with content management systems, video production, and photography.
- A full clean driving license is preferable.
