Packaging Operative Role

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a skilled Packaging Operative to join their global pharmaceutical client in the Hengoed area.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a packaging role and be able to examine products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for packaging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying labels to products or packaging containers
  • Providing effective assistance in the changeover/clean down of packing lines
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data

The role offers a competitive rate of pay, including a shift allowance, and continental shifts with a 4 on 4 off pattern.

Shift Details:

  • Continental shifts: 4 on 4 off
  • Followed by 2 x 12 hour nights: 6pm - 6am
  • Rate of pay: £44 per hour, including a shift allowance of £47.65
