Job Title: Adult Autism Speech and Language Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and caring Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across three of our specialist schools, providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism and other special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide speech and language therapy services to children with autism and other special needs
* Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Therapy or related field
* Experience working with children with autism and other special needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
