We are seeking a highly skilled Minor Works Project Coordinator to join our London Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing minor works projects in the Health sector, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage minor works projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and ensure project success.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious delivery of minor works.
Requirements
  1. A recognized post-graduate qualification in project management.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in minor works project coordination, preferably in the Health sector.
  3. Strong knowledge of contract administration, including NEC3/NEC4 contracts for minor works.
  4. Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  5. Familiarity with the UK Department of Health and Social Care's guidelines for minor works.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
