We are a dynamic and innovative construction outfit, delivering high-quality projects across various sectors. Our team is looking for a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support our Technical Maintenance Department in key areas.

**Job Description**

  • Schedule and coordinate Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) works, including reporting and documentation.
  • Support maintenance accounts and associated stakeholders, such as clients and subcontractors.
  • Assist with minor works projects, like health checks, software updates, and upgrades.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Coordinate PPM staff/engineers to deliver operational requirements.
  2. Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
  3. Log and administer incoming maintenance and Building Management System (BMS) defects/works.

**Requirements**

  • Good knowledge of coordination and support.
  • Demonstrated ability in record-keeping and administration of technical documentation.
  • UK work experience and ability to live and work in the UK.
