Ecolab is seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to provide quality control and assurance support for the company's activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine testing to ensure bulk chemical analysis is completed in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and report deviations or defects, minimizing delays and losses.
  • Maintain and update paperwork associated with laboratory activities.
  • Release all incoming raw materials using SAP following COA checks.
  • Ensure general tidiness of the laboratory to comply with 5S standards.
  • Maintain lab equipment, glassware, and laboratory chemical stocks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a lab environment, with chemical industry experience preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Practical understanding of chemistry is a plus.
  • Previous knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety requirements in a Laboratory area.
