Job Title: Account Manager

Debar Ltd is a leading UK-based company specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality bi-fold door hardware solutions. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team and contribute to our ambitious growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders using Sage 200 and handle administrative tasks such as order tracking and CRM system updates.
  • Handle customer card payments and provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, offering support and addressing their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a main point of contact for customers.
  • Conduct soft sales with current customers, identifying opportunities for additional products or services.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Sage and solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client relationship building.
  • Team Player with an analytical approach to problem-solving and a hands-on approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
