Sales Account Manager

Reed Business Support is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join their team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups
- Generate new business leads and opportunities to expand customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and account management
- Strong lead generation and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Sales or account management experience is preferred
