  2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success.
  4. Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, sales, and account statuses.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in customer service and account management.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  3. Sales or account management experience is preferred.
