Nurse Practitioner

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in the Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire area. This exceptional service provides support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, offering a peaceful living environment. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for accurately assessing residents' needs, administering medication, and maintaining care plans in conjunction with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals. Your key duties will include:
* Conducting thorough assessments to identify priorities of care
* Administering medication and treatments within NMC guidelines and company policy
* Collaborating with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to develop and maintain care plans
* Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and requesting GP/professional visits when necessary
Preferred skills and experience include:
* Proven experience working in a care setting
* Ability to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and experience working with the client group
* Well-developed time management and leadership skills
* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive an excellent salary up to £20.50 per hour, with annual salaries up to £46,904.
