Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' needs and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery
- Report any health concerns and request medical visits as necessary
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a care setting, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with residents and their families
- Strong time management and leadership skills, with a can-do attitude
