Exciting Opportunity for a Dedicated Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) to join our team in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. About the Role

As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify residents' needs and priorities
  • Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy
  • Developing and maintaining care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals
  • Reporting any concerns or incidents to the relevant authorities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin. We also prefer candidates with:

  • Proven experience working in a care setting
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding of the needs of the client group
  • Well-developed time management and leadership skills
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional care
