Early Years Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons. As an Early Years Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver and plan engaging learning opportunities that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Support the delivery of the key person approach by making accurate and effective assessments.
- Ensure a stimulating and enabling environment that promotes children's development.
- Embed values through the Curriculum of Excellence/Pre-Birth to Three.
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children.
- Adhere to internal policies and external legislation.
- Promote positive behaviour management and effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions for continuous professional development.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience working in an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of the Curriculum of Excellence/Pre-Birth to Three.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
