As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing quality care, teaching, and learning to support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage to the highest possible standards. You will work closely with children, parents, and practitioners to develop effective working relationships and contribute to a culture of self-evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide stimulating and age-appropriate play, learning, and development opportunities in the setting and outdoors
  • Develop effective working relationships with all parents, families, and practitioners within the setting
  • Contribute to children's observations of learning, planning, and assessment and maintain children's' learning records

Requirements

  • A minimum of level 3 relevant Early Years qualification
  • Previously attended relevant first aid and safeguarding training
  • Proven significant experience of a childcare/early education setting, working with children and their families to enhance learning

Salary Details

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £22,072 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to investing in its staff's professional development and wellbeing. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week).
