About the Role
MCL Partners seeks a talented individual to fill the position of Regional Finance Business Partner. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the Indian programme's executive leadership team to provide financial support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a business partner, with experience in delivering financial results and analysis. They should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Indian programme's leadership team, providing them with regular financial updates and insights. They will also work closely with the UK finance team to prepare and deliver monthly results packs, highlighting the commercial performance of the global for-profit element. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison between the country team and the UK-based legal and compliance teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Moreover, they will provide comprehensive financial analysis to the regional team, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Essential Qualifications
Candidates must hold a professional accounting qualification and have significant experience as a business partner, with a strong background in finance and business analysis. They should also possess fluency in Hindi, with a minimum requirement of business conversational level. A commercial mindset, gained through previous experience in the private sector, is also essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to work effectively in a standalone role.
