Key Responsibilities

  • Pitching and Business Development
    • Engage with external clients to secure new business opportunities for the AI team.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition and team management.
  • Project Management and Mentorship
    • Manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • PhD in a relevant field, with a strong academic background.
    • Extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consulting environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in advanced AI methodologies, including Python and SQL.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
