Staff AI Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff AI Consultant to join our team at Harnham. As a Staff AI Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to the establishment and growth of our new AI Hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with external clients to secure new business for the AI team.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to expand the AI hub, including talent acquisition.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI Consultants as the hub develops.

Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field, with a strong academic background.
  • Extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist in a consulting environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of working with external clients or non-technical stakeholders.
  • Research experience from academia or an R&D setting.
  • Proficiency in advanced AI methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects.
  • Technical proficiency in Python and SQL.
