Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and evaluation to patients within the Inpatient Physiotherapy service.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals and maximize patient potential.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to provide information and advice on Physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans, including exercises and mobility rehabilitation.
- Regularly evaluate and analyze treatment programs, making modifications as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to data collection and audit to monitor service quality and outcomes.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to ensure an efficient and effective service.
