  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Controls team to execute and finalize monthly and quarterly close activities.
  • Publish a monthly financial report focused on key performance indicators (with month, quarter-to-date, and year-to-date analysis).
  • Engage with financial colleagues and budget owners to provide insights and explanations on key variance drivers and their implications for overall performance.
  • Maintain close interaction with the AMEA Finance team regarding financial roll-ups and promptly address ad hoc queries.

15% - Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct profitability analysis for products and customers, innovation, channel analysis, supply chain, and pricing initiatives.
  • Generate profitability P&L statements for brands, products, and customers, ensuring accurate inputs from cross-functional teams.
  • Present insights and opportunities to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create P&L statements based on business cases and scenario planning for new opportunities.
  • Represent finance in cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on launching innovations.
