Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant. In this role, you will develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
Requirements:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Experience in a variety of computer applications (particularly Windows)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Personal Lines Licenses (must be able to obtain)
- Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
