Job Title: Subcontract Specialist

Estimated Salary Range: $61,000 - $114,000 in New York State (varies based on experience and location)

About the Role:

The Subcontract Specialist will be a vital member of the Tactical Communications Subcontracts / Supply Chain Management team at Harris Geospatial Solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of subcontracts from solicitations to execution.
  • Conduct market analysis, source selection, and negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Analyze cost/price proposals and identify risks.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and award contracts.
  • Monitor supplier performance and scorecards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of relevant subcontract experience.
  • Or graduate degree and 2 years of related experience, or 10 years of prior experience.
  • Active clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance.
