Job Summary

The Residential Care Specialist at Well Brothers is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of properties. This includes applying chemicals to plants, trees, and grass to enhance growth and control weeds and pests.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team. As a Residential Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring all team members execute their job responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Apply chemicals to plants, trees, and grass to enhance growth and control weeds and pests.
  • Maintain a good standing state-specific chemical applicators license.
  • Acquire and store pesticide and herbicide solutions; mix or dilute specified chemicals or materials according to directions and apply them at the recommended rate.
  • Able to use outdoor maintenance and power equipment, a variety of hand tools, and legally operate a motor vehicle.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team or alone, in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to perform moderately heavy physical labor on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate with clients to maintain a positive client/company relationship.
  • Maintain records on chemical application activities in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and State and Federal regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one-year experience in the industry or related field.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
