Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Coordinator to join our team in March. As a key member of our transport operations, you will be responsible for supporting the transport team by performing administration tasks within the department.

The Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with driver queries and managing the briefing and de-briefing process
  • Recording discrepancies and reporting to the relevant team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience working in an administration-based role
  • Strong PC-based knowledge, including intermediate Excel skills and web-based systems
  • Good communication skills, responding to enquiries via telephone and email, providing support for both internal and external contacts
  • Reliable and flexible approach, with the ability to work with various teams when required
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
