Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced Development Lead to join our Estates Intelligence team at KBR, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our CAFM product and ensuring that it meets the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and be able to lead a team of developers in creating, testing, and deploying technology solutions. You will also have experience working with agile methodologies and be familiar with database schema and system interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in creating, testing, and deploying technology solutions.
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents and problems.
- Mentor other developers on technical design and coding best practices.
- Design and develop optimized and logical code through multiple environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Leading a team of software developers.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including software development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of database schema and system interfaces.
- Ability to learn new languages and coding structures quickly.
Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
