Job Description

As the Resident Services Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in all aspects of managing our community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate seeking advancement to a general management position or aiming to transition from a supervisory role to gain comprehensive managerial experience.

About the Role
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of our community, including sales, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and resident well-being.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures and assist with risk assessments and other relevant reporting duties.
  • Support financial management, including rent control, cost control, and overall budget management.
  • Oversee the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the development.
Requirements
  • Extensive background in a care home or nursing facility.
  • Knowledge of financial management and capable of supporting budget management and financial performance analysis.
  • Committed to enhancing residents' well-being and fostering a sense of community.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet development needs.
