About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our architectural practice in Edinburgh. With over 30 years of experience, our team works closely with clients to deliver innovative and expertly crafted designs for various projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Registration with the Architects' Registration Board (ARB) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) qualification
  2. 5-7 years post Part Three UK-based architectural experience
  3. A proven track record of working on residential and heritage projects
  4. Substantial experience in project management
  5. Excellent design flair and creativity
  6. Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring junior team members

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, based on the location and level of experience. It's a permanent position within Penguin Recruitment, who operate as a recruitment agency.
