**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our Customer Service Administrators to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to clients on their accounts, including any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including site visit reports and customer feedback.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
