Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our Stanmore office. As a Senior Executive Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing teams, and developing strategies to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
• Analyse sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Proven track record in Estate Agency and customer services
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full driving license and own vehicle with business use insurance

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive training, unlimited earning potential, and access to healthcare benefits upon successfully passing probation.
