Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading distributor of medical devices that is looking for a self-starter **Regional Sales Executive,** with a proven track record of producing great sales growth, to join their fast-growing sales team.
In your role as a **Regional Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for managing current client accounts and securing new customers in order to maintain and increase our client product sales within the allocated region.
**THE ROLE**:
**Some of your responsibilities as a Regional Sales Executive are listed below**:
- To build and maintain strong connections with influential people, particularly customers, in order to recognise and seize commercial possibilities.
- Maintaining and expanding current business by serving as the main point of contact for customers.
- Providing market feedback regarding customers' perceptions of the company, its products, and competitor activity.
- Winning new business by persuading potential customers to use client's products and services, including creating and presenting proposals and quotations to clients.
- Maintaining computerised records (CRM) of activity and performance.
- Assisting with the launch of new product lines and managing projects, as necessary.
- Collecting post-market surveillance feedback.
- Making sure concerns and complaints are documented and reported to the QA/RA function as soon as possible.
- Keep an eye on the competition by acquiring and reporting current market data on prices, goods, and new products.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the company's product line; conducting frequent field trips; and performing any additional ad hoc tasks that the organisation may reasonably require.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
The ideal **Regional Sales Executive**:
- Previous experience working in sales / business development
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Outlook.
- Organisation skills, able to plan and adapt according to your working day within your area and effectively prioritise action and manage time effectively
- Able to work well as part of a team, and liaise successfully with colleagues and customers at all levels across the business and territory
- Hardworking /independent/keen to learn as much about the business and products
