Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Site Supervisor to join our team in Inveress and Moray. As a key member of our site management team, you will assist the Site Manager in managing the development of the site through to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that Sales/Build procedures are followed and inspections of show homes are carried out.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
  • Assist in the organisation of the site's workload and resources to achieve Programme, Quality and Cost targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in construction management or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of the construction trade and relevant legislative requirements.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including private medical insurance and 26 days' holiday per year.
