Senior Account Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrated ability to reach $1M+ annual quota. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to acquire new business and expand existing relationships. This role requires strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Cyara, the world's leading AI-led CX transformation platform. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop a deep understanding of Cyara's products and services, as well as the needs of our target market.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential sales opportunities, using your expertise to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our target accounts.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices in CX/Customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of reaching $1M+ annual quota.
• In-depth industry knowledge around CX/Customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance.
• Experience selling in UK/EMEA with a network of customers across various sectors.
• Strong problem-solving, proactive, and learning attitude.
• Excellent cross-department collaboration and team spirit.
• Fluent English language skills; any other European language is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
