VEVO LLC, a leading music video network, is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead its human resources practices for the London and Australia offices.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining our organisational structure, managing employee relations, overseeing compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration for London and Australia-based employees via BambooHR and ADP
  • Develop and lead People initiatives that support business priorities
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer to implement a people strategy that aligns with and supports the organisation's business priorities
  • Coach business leaders to effectively lead their organisations
  • Provide thought leadership on change management, organisational assessment, and leveraging talent tools to build effective teams
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit
  • Collaborate with People Operations to leverage data for driving business decisions that improve engagement and productivity
  • Guide employees on work-related issues, resolving them promptly and positively
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on compensation and benefits, organisational design, and employee relations
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions in compliance with UK labour laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that influence business decisions
  • A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of employee relations and business operations
