Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management team in ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This will involve working closely with staff to direct and utilize resources on-shift, maintaining relationships with children, parents, and other professionals, and contributing to the home's strategic aims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in achieving the home's strategic objectives
- Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and other professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the well-being needs of children are met
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
